I am trying to access the subscriber benefits library and it is not accepting my password, although I have previously subscribed. (This may very well be operator error.) I don’t see a place to reset a password, nor to unsubscribe and then subscribe again. Can you please give me information about resetting my password so that I may access your knitting patterns? Thank you very much.
