Bonjour mes amis (did I throw you a bit? Just brushing off a bit of my high school and college French…for no real reason!)
Anyhow…I do hope you enjoyed a lovely fall weekend wherever you are (unless you are in Australia and then I guess you are welcoming spring…right?)
Nothing exciting around here…just getting stuff done as I will be out of town for 3 of the next 4 weekends and you know the saying…’the show must go on!’
When I took Flora out Sunday morning, this view greeted me. It was at sunrise, but that bank of clouds made the sun shine on just that narrow band…it turned out to be a beautiful day…I’m sure there is a metaphor there.
I’ve been on a tear reading through all of Daniel Silva’s books and I’m just about at the end. So glad for this list.
I have become complacent in letting clutter slowly back in to my home, so this is a good reminder.
OK…the combination of Blue Cheese PLUS Rosemary PLUS Pears…In a tart? This has my name all over it!
Such a simple concept that makes so much sense and I hope will make me think just a little differently.
Some beautiful, natural fall centerpieces here.
I am going to cut this short as we have had internet problems all weekend and I feel that I am on borrowed time, so need to click ‘publish’ while I still can! (Repair man coming this a.m.! Yippee)
Wishing you a wonderful week my friends.
