Hi friends, back again with a little round up of great things.

  • Right off the bat, you must watch this video and then watch it again.  It is lovely and I go back and forth between watching the face of the singer (the talented Daniela Andrade) and her pup and can’t decide who adores who more.  Except I do know that I adore the whole video, her voice, her pup and the song.   Enjoy. Thanks to my friend Jenny for finding this gem.

  • I am having several of my girlfriends over tomorrow evening for our annual Christmas gathering.  These Pomegranate Martinis will be served and surely enjoyed by this fun crowd.Pomegranate-Martini-foodiecrush.com-012
  • Yvonne at Stonegable has such exquisite taste and style and captures it all so well with her camera.  Her Christmas tablescape (such a funny word!) is just lovely, complete with a ‘snow table runner’, boxwoods and stars.

  • Don’t forget about the Unclutter Your Nest Boot Camp in January.  I’ll be back next week with the calendar so you know what to expect.  But in the meantime, pay close attention to your Christmas decorations as you put them out or when you start to put them away.  Are there some that might give someone else more joy than they give to you? If so, donate them to Goodwill, the ReStore or a similar outlet.  Unclutter Your Nest image

  • Along those lines, be mindful of your digital clutter.  Courtney Carver, on her Be More with Less blog, outlines tasks that we should be doing weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually to keep our digital world uncluttered.

Thanks so much for stopping by to visit today.  I really appreciate your company and hope you’ll stop by again soon.  If you want to make sure you don’t miss future content, pop your email in the beige box up on the right.  I usually send out 2 emails a week, so I won’t inundate your inbox.

Right now, subscribers to Nourish and Nestle will receive a free, downloadable Measuring Equivalents Chart overlaid on a watercolor lemon.  You can see it here. Sign up to our email list (on my right sidebar) and we’ll send it to your inbox within 24 hours!  If you are already a subscriber and would like a lemon measuring equivalents chart, send us an email with ‘lemon chart’ in the subject line and we’ll send you one too!

Until next time,

What a beautiful song….and her voice is like OMG! and the pup as well…so cute! Mmmh sounds like you have a super fun night ahead of you! I love girlfriend gatherings!!! we do them many times with my two German speaking girlfriends here and some spanish girlfriends as well and we are a fun crowd. We usually go cooking together.. there’s a cooking school here and they do courses at night and it’s so much fun too! Oh the pillow is a must for my sofa hahaha…I love staying in, especially this time of year and during the colder months. Have fun with your girlfriends Lynn, have a martini for me please!!! 😉

A cooking school? So fun…I can only imagine how outstanding the food there is! Do you cook German food or Spanish or a little of both?

I’m sure we will have a ball tomorrow night…there will be martinis involved after all!

Kisses and thanks for stopping by.

Hello Lynn, what a great round-up you have for us. I have to agree with you about the pillow and that video is just adorable. Any animal lover will understand. I’m also really looking forward to the unclutter your nest boot camp. I definitely can use a kick in the rear in order to get myself decluttered. On a happy note, I donated about 20 books today! Have a great day!

Hello Mary, don’t you just love that pillow?! I tried to purchase it but it’s only sold in stores in Canada! Bummer. And so glad you love the video as much as I did. I am so glad you are joining me for the bootcamp. I’m cheating a wee bit in that I’ve identified so many items, including books, that I am going to donate, but I’m waiting until January so I can make my donation pile that much bigger. I want to make a large splash! Congrats on starting the process though! Every little bit, right?
Kisses and thanks for stopping by.

You’re making me teary on a random Tuesday, Lynn! That dog video is the sweetest thing I’ve seen all week. You’re so right, her voice is amazing. Thank you so much much for sharing my mobile wrapping station. That was such a great surprise. I hope you have tons of fun at the party with all of your girlfriends. I can’t believe Christmas is in 10 days! Hugs, CoCo

Good Morning Coco, don’t you just love that pup! Being a lover of all things ‘dogs’ that video is so right up my alley. And so happy to share your mobile wrapping station…it would have been a disservice not to! And we did have a ball last night! Can’t beat a night with the girls.

      Kisses, Lynn
